2.螺杆泵没有出料，这个情况就比较复杂了，所以我们要检查电机接线是否正确，旋转方向是否有误，有些型号的螺杆泵是不能反向旋转的，然后在检查是否进口管路的问题，是否有堵塞或者进口有泄露，检查并且调整，如果物料的粘度过高，也会导致吸不上来，加大泵的型号，或者放慢转速，如果这些地方都没有问题，请检查定子和转子之间的间隙，是否有磨损，如果很大，需要及时更换定子，或者检查是否有异物堵塞定子和转子了，及时清除就可以排除了问题
