结构特点

Structural characteristics
HSN系列三螺杆泵由特殊型线构成的螺旋面的主动螺杆转动时，其动密封腔室将把液体由吸入口吸入并沿轴向连续、无脉动的输送到排出口。主杆采用液压平衡，从杆的轴向力支撑在后盖上，并由液压力驱动旋转，因而螺杆型面仅传递液压扭矩，并不受力，也无磨损，对全部传动零件而言，均由被输送介质润滑。主杆的径向由平衡活塞定位，且借助于平衡活塞和轴套的间隙使高压腔和密封腔分开，在密封腔内装有机械密封，腔内的油液回油孔与泵的吸入腔相通，因而不受排出压力的影响。由于部件通用组合系列化有多种结构，可用于卧式（H），法兰式（F）和立式（S）安装。
