3GR螺杆泵工作原理与特点

3GR screw pump working principle and characteristics

3GR螺杆泵是利用螺杆的回转来吸排液体的。主、从动螺杆的螺纹均为双头螺纹。由于各螺杆的相互啮合以及螺杆与衬筒内壁的紧密配合，在泵的吸入口和排出口之间，就会被分隔成一个或多个密封空间。随着螺杆的转动和啮合，这些密封空间在泵的吸入端不断形成，将吸入室中的液体封入其中，并自吸入室沿螺杆轴向连续地推移至排出端，将封闭在各空间中的液体不断排出，犹如一螺母在螺纹回转时被不断向前推进的情形那样，这就是3GR螺杆泵的基本工作原理。

3GR螺杆泵的缺点是，螺杆的加工和装配要求较高；泵的性能对液体的粘度变化比较敏感。

尽管三3GR螺杆泵有诸多优势，但若选型不当，则不仅得不到满意的运行效果，而且会导致泵的噪音和振动，甚至严重损坏泵的内部零件，使泵系统 不能正常工作，因此，选型人员应多方慎重考虑，合理选型 ，必要时应向我公司技术部门咨询。三3GR螺杆泵选型时，要尽可能详尽地了解泵的使用条件，除了运行参数，如流量 ，压力需要清楚以外，输送介质的特性如介质的腐蚀性，含汽量，含固溶物的比率及固体颗粒的大小，以及介质的工作温度，粘度，比重，对材料的腐蚀性等和泵装置的吸入条件，安装条件均要了解，根据我们的经验，

三、3GR螺杆泵选型 时应注意以下几点：

1. 泵转速的选择

1 pump speed selection

1.1 以输送介质粘度和泵的规格确定转速范围：

1.1 to the transmission medium viscosity and pump specifications to determine the speed range:

输送高粘度介质时，泵应选低转速，若粘度较低，相应可选择高转速：介质粘度> 20°E 时，对于大规格的泵（主杆外径60mm 以上），转速以970rpm 或720rpm 为宜，如果粘度更高（粘度>80°E ）如粘胶液，可降低转速使用，* 200-500rpm ；

1.2 由于泵的转速越高，在相同性能参数下，泵的体积就越小，但由于转速高，摩擦功率高，泵的磨损就大，寿命就短，如果输送介质的润滑性比较差或含有微量杂质，应选择较低转速，以使泵保持较长的寿命，*在1450rpm 以下。
