我公司生产的三螺杆泵是按国家标准GB10886-2002设计、制造生产。三螺杆泵是转子式容积泵，它是利用螺杆啮合原理，依靠旋转的螺杆在泵套内相互啮合，把被输送的介质封闭在啮合腔内，沿螺杆轴向连续匀速地推至排出口，为系统提供稳定的压力。三螺杆泵适用于输送各种无腐蚀性油类及类似油和润滑性液体。输送液体的粘度范围一般为3.0～760mm2/S（1.2～100°E），高粘度介质可通过加温降粘后输送。其温度一般不超过350℃。三螺杆泵用于输送液压油或润滑油、非润滑液体、低润滑度液体。螺杆泵的性质有：自动装填、高效率、低噪声水平、对变速传动（FU）的高适合度。液体*连续流动，无间歇、无紊乱、无压损、无润滑油损失。三螺杆泵具有单通道、自动装填功能，还拥有特殊外形可以构成气密室，当轴旋转时，里面的物质从吸引端向加压侧连续轴向移动。尽管轴旋转时，也不会引起紊乱。统一室体积排除了压回力。

3G系列三螺杆泵在我国石油、化工、冶金、机床、造船等工业部门得到了较为广泛的应用，并在许多领域里代替了离心泵、齿轮泵和往复泵，我们根据国标GB/T10886-2002设计生产的3G型、3GBW型螺杆泵有着寿命长、效率高、能耗小、重量轻等特点。
3G系列普通螺杆泵主要用于输送中低粘度的润滑性液体。在工业生产中作为液压泵、润滑泵、水乙二醇、轻油泵、输送泵。泵由基础件：泵套、泵体、螺杆和附件：底脚、安全阀、轴承体等组成，通过改变附件达到改变泵的不同安装形式。
3GBW系列保温螺杆泵主要用于在常温下不能输送的高粘度润滑性液体，常作为沥青、重燃油、渣油、原油的输送或喷燃用。热载体可以是蒸气和热油、热水，冷载体可以是气体或液体。现广泛用于公路建设中沥青的输送。一般zui高工作温度≤280℃；超过此温度在订货时请说明。
3G、3GBW两种系列螺杆泵的外形、安装尺寸相同。

一、原理： 

三螺杆泵是螺杆式式容积泵。在三螺矸泵中，由于主螺杆与从动螺杆上螺旋槽相互啮合及它们与衬套三孔内表面的配合，得以在泵的进口与出口之间形成数级动密封室，这些动密封室将不断把液体由泵进口轴向移动到泵出 口，并使所输送液体逐级升压。从而形成一个连续、平稳、轴向移动的压力液体。螺杆泵依靠螺杆相互啮合的容积变化来输送液体，当螺杆转动时，吸入腔一端的密封腔连续地向排出腔一端作轴向运动，使吸入腔的容积增大，压力降低，液体在压差作用下沿吸入管进入吸入腔，随着螺杆的转动，密封腔内的液体连续而均匀地沿轴向移至排出腔。

二、特点：三螺杆泵的结构与性能特点 

1、结构简单体积小允许高转速：泵本身仅三根螺杆组成，但有多种结构形成，一般小流量，0.2-6.5m3/h泵的泵体和衬套合为 一个卧式安装，轴封为机械密封。中等流量以上的泵衬套为一单独的零件固定于泵体内。大流量泵多制成双吸结构。轴根据输送的介质不同有端面机械密封和填料密封两种。船用泵的原动机为交流船用电机。

2、工作平稳可靠寿命长：三螺杆泵的主要螺杆是由电动机驱动。主、从螺杆之间，螺杆与衬套之间皆有一层油膜保护，因泵的机械摩擦极小，寿命堪称半*性。

3、所输的液体在泵内作轴向匀速直线运动，故压力脉动小，流量稳定，噪音低，由于转动部分惯性小，则起动力矩和振动很小。

4、具有高吸入能力。
5、为保证泵、电机及管路系统安全，中等流量以上的螺杆泵均带有安全阀，当压力超过安全阀设定压力时，高压油将回流至泵的进口。        三、使用范围：三螺杆泵所输送液体为不含固体颗粒，无腐蚀性油类及类似油的润滑性液体，粘度为1.2~100oE（3.0~760cst），高粘度液体亦可通过加温降粘后输送，其温度不超过150oC。三螺杆泵被广泛应用于机械、石油、炼钢、发电、化纤、食品、造船等行业。螺杆泵适用于输送燃料油、润滑油、液压油、植物油、沥青及其它润滑性液体和油、水、气混合液体。
