●进口位置代码的说明

从驱动端看，无符号表示右进左出，Z表示左进右出。

1、螺杆泵进出口腔采用特殊设计，保证停泵时泵内能存有足够介质，即使在吸放管道内的液体全部排空的情况下，泵仍然具有很好的自吸能力。

2、螺杆泵能无脉动的连续供液且无搅拌、乳化现象。

3、2G系列安装形式有卧式、立式和支架式。

4、泵体上采用特殊结构的安全阀，当出口压力高于工作压力时，安全阀打开，一部分介质经安全阀返回泵入口或储罐，同时还可以全压状态下启动双螺杆泵，大大降低启动扭矩。

5、双螺杆泵根据工况的不同选择机封，以确保泵的密封性

6、根据所输送介质需要还可提供加热或冷却结构。

1、应根据油品的粘度选择适当的转速，以保证泵的NPSHr能满足用户的实际吸入条件。

2、介质粘度超出性能参数表范围时，请与我公司技术部，我公司将为您提供满意的服务。

3、用户选定泵后进行基础施工设计所需泵与电机的机组配套尺寸，请向我公司索取。

4、泵的安全阀可根据用户的需要配置，泵带安全阀只起瞬间保护泵的作用，不用作为管道溢流阀使用。
