应用范围：
5HG系列玉米穗烘干成套设备按其每批装积容量可分为5HG-30、5HG-60、5HG-100、5HG-200、5HG-400、 5HG-600等6种规格。除上述标准型系列外，还可制 成150、300、500等变型系列。该成套设备由加热室、烘干仓、玉米脱粒机、清选机、电气控制装置等组成，主要用于玉米穗的批式干燥，也可进行粒的干燥。
结构特点：
●一次可完成玉米穗的干燥、脱粒、清选等项作业。
●干燥气流的流动采用“双向和二级干燥工艺"， 玉米穗的干燥采用“棒粒二次干燥工艺"。技术 *，节省能源，对发芽率无影响。
●可采用煤、油及玉米芯等多种燃料。
Application：
5HG series maize ear drying whole set equipment can be divided into 6 specifications according to the installed capacity of each batch, such as 5HG-30、5HG-60、5HG-100、5HG-200、5HG-400、5HG-600 etc. Besides the specifications above, we can produce some modified series, such as 150、300、500 series. This whole set equipment is constituted by a heating chamber, a drying storehouse, a maize threshing machine, a separator and electric controlling devices etc. It is mainly used for drying maize ears by batches as well as the maize kernel drying.
Characteristics：
●It can finish drying,threshing, cleaning work for maize ear.
●The flow of the dry air adopts “bidirectional and twostage drying technics" and the drying of maize ears adopts “maize ears and kernel redrying technics". It has advanced technology , energy saving and no effects on sprouting rate.
●It can burn coal, oil and maize cob and many other kinds of fuels
