应用范围:
该机适用于玉米、小麦、水稻、大豆、高梁等作物种子及各种蔬菜种子精选加工。可在加工线中配套使用，亦可用于单机作业。
结构特点:
该机由振动台、供风系统、振动无级变速机构、纵横向角度调整机构等组成。 振动台筛面按分选作物品种的不同可选用不同目数的不锈钢丝编织网。振动无级变速机构能改变筛面的振动频率； 供风系统完成籽粒分选时*流化状态； 控制台面各点的风速梯度完成籽粒分层； 采用多风机系统使台面风量分布合理， 噪声低。台面纵横向角度可调，满足多种种子的分选要求。
Application：
This machine is suitable for the choiceness processing of crops such as maize, wheat, rice, soybean and broomcorn and different kinds of vegetable seeds. It can be used in the production line to form a complete set and also used for single-unit job.
Characteristics：
This machine is composed of vibrating platform, air blowing system, vibrational stepless speed change mechanism and angular adjusting mechanism both in lengthways and cross directions.Thescreening surface of the vibrating platform can use stainless steel wire net with different numbers of holes according to the kinds of separated crops. The vibrational stepless speed change mechanism can change the frequency of the screening surface. The air blowing system completes the best fluidized state when separating seeds. Wind velocity gradient of each point on the console completes the seeds stratification. Multi-fan system rationalizes the wind rate distribution on the console and lower the noise. The adjustability of the table-board in lengthways and cross directions meets the separating requirements for different kinds of seeds.
