MLS100溜筛MLS100 Sliding Sieve
MLS100溜筛是结合国内当前大米加工工艺，消化吸收国外同类设备*技术而设计开发。该设备主要适用于米厂大米加工后道入仓前工序，分离出糠团、绳带、纸屑及灰尘等杂物。
MLS100溜筛主要有以下特点：
1、体积小，产量高，筛理分级效果好；
2、功耗小，噪音低；
3、下层筛格角度可根据工艺要求进行调节；
4、自带匀料机构，保证物料铺满筛面；
5、关键部位设置有玻璃观察窗和检修门，方便及时了解内部筛理情况及检修。
MLS100 sliding sieve is a combination of domestic current rice processing technology, digestion and absorption of foreign similar equipment and advanced technology design and development. The equipment is mainly suitable for the process of rice processing in the rice factory before warehousing, separating the debris such as bran, rope, paper and dust.
MLS100 sliding screen has the following characteristics:
1. Small volume, high yield, good screening and grading effect;
2. Low power consumption, low noise;
3. The lower screen angle can be adjusted according to the process requirements;
4. With homogenizing mechanism, to ensure the material spread full screen surface;
5. The key parts are provided with glass observation window and inspection door, convenient to timely understａnd the internal screening situation and maintenance.
