主要由：储料桶、燃烧器、传动机构、行走机构、齿轮泵、灌缝保温管、温度传感器及PLC、微型发电机等组成。采用自动柴油燃烧器对卧式转动储料桶（加热筒）进行加热，进而间接加热桶内灌缝料使之熔化升温的加热方式，不烧焦老化，比导热油加热方式结构更紧凑轻巧。通过温度传感器与PLC结合控制燃烧器点火以保证灌缝料达到设定温度（自动调节）；自动保温耐温齿轮泵将高温灌缝料送至外接的有电加热保温的长喷管进行手持灌缝作业；自动跟随行走设计，一个人就可操作灌缝。具有不烧焦灌缝料、出料温度自动控制、自动跟随行走一人操作等优点，既适合沥青路裂缝灌缝修补也适合水泥路伸缩缝灌缝作业。

Structural features:
