设备介绍
1、全自动，智能化设备，由自动称重机构、自动给粉机构、主机座、锅体、转盘、支架，核心技术主要在锅体和转盘，锅体和转盘均采用SUS304不锈钢铸件，厚度达50mm，锅体与转盘之间缝隙达到0.5mm以下，转盘在≥400转/分钟转速以上平稳性能良好。
2、电气控制系统：PLC可编程序控器控制，一键式操作，所有电机采用变频技术控制，10英寸触摸屏操作，动态实时显示工作状况，具有故障提示、故障报警，缺种子或缺粉自动提示功能，。
3、供种：称重式，自动按比例配给
4、供液：高精度蠕动泵，采用变频控制供液精选高，泵体不与液体接触，干净、卫生。
5、进风：采用变频控制，低温区域丸化采用热风。
6、 除尘：分两次过滤，有效保证物料的回收利用。

优势
种子丸化造粒包衣技术，是将农药、肥料、植物调节剂、储水剂、增氧剂和一些辅助材料有序分层包敷到种子上，进行丸化造粒的设备，可以使小粒种子通过丸化造粒放大几十到几百倍，不仅可有效地实现播种前植保、带肥、带药下田，达到保苗壮苗、调节植物生长之目的；也为机械化精密播种创造了有利条件，从而达到大量节约用种、提高产量、节本成本。精简为以下几个方面：
1、方便机械化播种，丸化造粒技术将一些细小种子（番茄种子）的体积丸化变大，一些不规则种子丸化后变成圆度、大小统一的外形，达到播种机的自动播种要求。
2、节约人工成本，丸化造粒的种子采用机械化播种后，大量节约人工。
3、节约用种成本：丸化造粒的种子播种更精确，一粒种子一颗苗，出苗后无需人工间苗。
4、提高种子的抗病、抗虫能力：丸化造粒后的种子外壳有农药、保水、保肥功能，植物出苗快，出苗齐，苗期防虫抗病能力强。
