1组成部分Component

  该机由无极调速或变频调速，动力传动部分，料仓部分，定量给料部分及可调下料部分组成。

  The machine is composed of an infinite speed regulation or frequency conversion speed regulation, a power transmission part, a feed bin part, a quantitative feeding part and an adjustable discharge part.

2工作原理Work principle

  通过无极调速电机及蜗轮减速箱调节输出轴转速（或变频调速控制转速），控制物料由存料桶进入定量给料部分的速度，在定量给料部分内部设有特定的结构，将进入该部分的物料在机械力的作用下，是自动给料盘上的料堆积程度相同，该物料随给料盘的转动被送到下料控制部分，在下料控制部分设有下料控制阀板，用户可根据需要及粉碎效果调节控制手柄来控制给料量，以达到用户所需要的给料速度，然后锁定调节手柄位置，确保物料以恒定的速度由出料口进入气流粉碎机。

  The output shaft speed is regulated by the infinitely variable speed motor and worm gear reduction box (or frequency conversion speed control), which controls the speed of the material entering the quantitative feeding part from the bin. There is a specific structure inside the quantitative feed section, while the material entering the part is equal to the material on the automatic feeding tray under the action of mechanical force, which is sent to the blanking control part with the rotation of the feeding tray. A blanking control valve plate is arranged in the blanking control part, while the user can adjust the control handle to control the feeding quantity according to the requirement and the grinding effect, so as to achieve the feeding speed needed by the user. Then, the position of the adjusting handle is locked to ensure that the material enters the air pulverizer from the discharge port at a constant speed.
