二、用途
此风机结构分为带壳式和不带壳式（根据客户需求）。风叶分为后倾式及S型风叶，叶片宽大，流线型对于涂装设备烤漆炉，工业烤箱，工业烤炉，热风循环场所显著，中压型，风叶设计不易造成堵塞，噪音低，广泛用于涂装设备行业，高温炉行业，陶瓷窑炉行业等输送热气
特别说明：
插入式风机作热风循环时，请在停机前预先关闭热能设备10分钟以后再关闭风机，以免使风机叶轮局部产生高温而变形。
插入式风机在安装时风机外壳请保持与发热源在2.5米以上，如条件允许建议90度安装。
普通铁材质保温的，风机只能承受200度以内的温度，高于此温度请选择不绣钢材质（需客户说明）

Application:
The fan structure is divided into shell type and non shell type (according to customer requirements). The blades are divided into backward inclined and S-shaped blades. The blades are wide and streamlined. They are remarkable for paint ovens, industrial ovens, industrial ovens and hot air circulation places of painting equipment. They are medium pressure type. The design of the blades is not easy to cause blockage, and the noise is low. They are widely used in painting equipment industry, high-temperature furnace industry, ceramic kiln industry, etc. to transport hot air
Special instructions:
When the plug-in fan is used for hot air circulation, please turn off the thermal equipment 10 minutes before shutdown, and then turn off the fan to avoid local high temperature and deformation of the fan impeller.
When installing plug-in fan, please keep the fan shell more than 2.5 meters away from the heat source. If conditions permit, it is recommended to install the fan at 90 degrees.
For ordinary iron insulation, the fan can only withstａnd a temperature of less than 200 degrees. If the temperature is higher than this, please choose stainless steel (to be explained by the customer)
