整体结构:风机主要由叶轮、机壳、进风口、调节门及传动部分组成。

叶轮:由12片后倾机翼斜切的叶片,焊接于锥弧形的前盘与平板形的后盘中间。由于采用了机翼形叶片,保证了风机高效率.低噪声、高强度。叶轮经静、共平衡校正,故运转平稳。同一机号的通、引风机叶轮结构相同。
Impeller: it consists of 12 blades obliquely cut by backward inclined wing, which are welded between the conical arc front disc and the flat plate rear disc. Due to the use of wing blades, the fan has high efficiency, low noise and high strength. The impeller is adjusted by static and common balance, so it runs smoothly. The impellers of ventilation and induced draft fans with the same unit number have the same structure.
机壳:采用优质钢板焊接而成的蜗形体。单吸入风机的机壳做成三种不同形式。
Casing: volute body welded with high-quality steel plate. The casing of single suction fan is made into three different forms.
进风口:收敛、流线形的进风口制成整体结构,用螺栓固定在风机入口侧。
Air inlet: the convergent and streamlined air inlet is made into an integral structure and fixed on the inlet side of the fan with bolts.
用途:适用于火力发电厂中670t/h以下蒸汽锅炉的通、引风机系统。
Purpose: it is applicable to the ventilation and induced draft fan system of steam boiler below 670t / h in thermal power plant.
适用环境:通风机输送的介质为空气,温度不得超过80℃,引风机输送的介质为烟气,温度不得超过250℃。在引风机前必须加装除尘装置,以尽可能减少进入风机中烟气的含尘量。根据一般电厂使用情况除尘效率不得低于85%。
Applicable environment: the medium conveyed by the fan is air, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80 ℃,the medium conveyed by the induced draft fan is flue gas, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 250 ℃. A dust removal device must be installed in front of the induced draft fan to reduce the dust content of the flue gas entering the fan as much as possible. According to the use of general power plants, the dust removal efficiency shall not be less than 85%.
