工作原理以及结构：
旋蜗壳泵是由泵体、支架体、盖、轴、上轴承部件、下轴承部件、叶轮、吸入弯管和底座，其中支架体位于泵体顶部，吸入弯管和底座位于泵体底部，泵轴、上轴承部件和下轴承部件位于支架体内，叶轮位于泵体内，吸入弯管和底座为一体式结构，上轴承部件和下轴承部件分别通过螺栓固定在支架体内，支架体通过螺栓连接在泵体顶部。
立式蜗壳泵将吸入弯管与底座合为一个零件，增大了吸入弯管的强度与刚度，能够承受更大的流动介质的作用力，降低泵体的振动;泵盖与支架体合为一个零件，结构简化，便于维护检修;上、下轴承部件可一起从支架体中取出，便于维护检修。

The working principle and structure of vertical single stage single suction volute pump:
Rotary volute pump is composed of a pump body, a support body, cover, shaft, bearing parts, bearings, impeller, suction elbow and the base, the bracket body is positioned at the top of the pump body, suction elbow and the base is located at the bottom of the pump body, pump shaft, bearing parts and bearing parts in the bracket body, the impeller is located the pump body, suction elbow and the base is an integral structure, the upper bearing member and the lower bearing parts are respectively fixed on the bracket body through bolts. The bracket body is connected to the top of the pump body by bolts.
