日新SCP卫生型离心泵

日新卫生型离心泵可广泛适用于各类液体物料的输送.如乳品,啤酒,饮料,医药,生物工程,精细化工等领域.它不但可以输送普通的低,中粘度溶液,也可以输送含悬浮物或有腐蚀性的溶液.日新卫生型离心泵的形式工业基础单级,单级,开式叶轮.泵壳,叶轮经精心设计,减小了阻力,*消灭了卫生死角.由于其特殊的结构,所以提高了泵内液体的流速,从而提高了泵的整体性能,且易于清洗,具有的卫生性能.它可以满足产品对卫生,柔性处理的要求并具有耐化学腐蚀性能.

标准设计:

SCP泵由以下部分组成:标准的马达,叶轮,泵壳,卫生机械密封.它具有专为就地清洗系统（CIP）设计的内部*和可清洗的密封.SCP泵有一个不锈钢的外罩可保护马达,还有四个可调节的不锈钢支脚.

轴封:

SCP泵装有一个平衡型单端面机械密封或一个可冲洗的平衡型单端面机械密封.这两种机械密封的静环由AISI316L钢内嵌碳化硅或石墨构成,动环则由碳化硅制成.可冲洗机械密封的辅助密封是一个经久耐用的唇形密封.SCP10B~SCP25B型泵的机械密封为双端面机械密封.

Standard design

the SCP pump consist of a standard motor, impeller, pump casing and sanitary mechanical shaft seal, the SCP pump is designed for CIP with emphasis on large internal rounding and cleanable seals, SCP has a stainless steel shroud for protection of the motor ,and the complete unit is supported on four adjustable stainless steels.

Shaft seal

The SCP pump is equipped with either an single or a flushed shaft seal, both have stationary seal rings in acid resistant steel AISI316Lwith sealing surface in carbon or carbide and rotating seal rings in silicon carbide. the secondary seal of the flushed seal is a long lasting lip seal.SCP10B to 25Bbmay also be equipped with a double mechanical shaft seal.
