结构特点 DESIGN FEATURES

1. 结构紧凑，非常坚固，适用于高压高温应用领域。
A compact but extremely sturdy design for high pressure-temperature service.

2. 实心钨铬钴合金6楔板（备选项），确保较低的磨损和较长的使用寿命。
Solid Slite 6 wedge （optional） ensures low friction and long service life.

3. 1500磅级的阀门和用于蒸汽应用领域的阀门，其阀座是通过密封焊接到阀体上的。
For Class 1500 valves and for steam service, seats are seal-welded to the body.

4. 填料环经过4000 psi高压预压缩，具有完整的密封性能。
Packing rings are precompressed to 4000 psi to provide a high integrity seal.

5. 焊接阀帽阀门，阀帽经过螺纹旋进，旋进扭矩达到工程扭矩值，阀体阀帽连接是强度-焊接连接，这样具有双重保护防止泄露。（阀体/阀帽螺纹和强度-焊接连接）。
