如何进行三螺杆泵配套机械密封的更换安装，必须遵循以下几点：

（1）螺杆泵出厂序列号、机械密封的型号、规格是否正确以及是否为带有黄山天曼泵业有限公司三螺杆泵机械密封件标识标志，质量是否符合标准；密封安装前，应确认产品型号及规格与设备要求*。

（2）静环尾部防转槽端与防转销顶部应保持1mm-2mm的轴向间隙，以免缓冲失效。

（3）动、静环端面用酒精清洗干净，其余金属件用汽油清洗并用洁净的压缩空气吹干，仔细检查务必保证动、静环密封面没有任何损伤。损伤和破裂的均不能更换。装配前，两件“O”形橡胶密封圈应涂上机械密封标准一层润滑油膏，动、静环端面不许涂油。

（4）在安装密封的轴，腔体及压盖等与辅助密封圈接触处均匀涂油（注：对乙丙橡胶、或介质不允许注入润滑油的情况下，可涂抹植物油或肥皂水。把机械密封套上轴，按设计的工作高度安装到位。过压盖通孔，采用对角线交叉拧紧方式，用螺栓将整个密封与密封腔体（泵盖）联接拧紧机械密封配有辅助系统时，按标示正确连接管路。
