三螺杆泵构造

1.主杆与从杆.螺杆就相当于螺杆泵的心脏.其主要原理就是螺杆相互啮合的螺杆沿轴向输送工作介质（主要材质为40Cr,  38CrMoAl）

2.衬套与外壳.螺杆泵的衬套及外壳的长度应至少能覆盖一个导程的螺杆副.（衬套主要材质为HT200/QT450-10/ZCuSn5Pb5Zn5/ZL109外壳为HT200/QT450-10）

3.轴套.轴套主要是用来固定从动螺杆以保证运转平稳（材质为ZCuSn5Pb5Zn5/ZL109）

4.密封.螺杆泵密封分为.机械密封（适用于介质润滑性好温度小于800）填料密封（适用于润滑介质较差粘度大温度小于1500）和波纹管密封（适用于介质粘度大温度在2500）

5轴承.轴承可分为内置轴承（一般介质润滑性好）外置轴承（介质润滑性差.粘度大）

6.前端盖.后盖.轴承座 .泵头座为多为铸件直接加工（材质为HT200/QT450-10）

三螺杆泵常用知识

1．三螺杆泵的流量，压力在相同转速、黏度时近似成直线关系，压力越高，流量越小。

2．相同粘度、压力下泵的流量与转速近似成正比。

3．相同转速、粘度时，轴功率与压力近似成正比。

4．相同粘度、压力下，轴功率与转速近似成正比。

粘度增大时，流量和轴功率均增加，但由于其中关系比较复杂，必要时，向专业人员咨询。

例：在常温下输送γ=75cst 的润滑油，要求：Q=11.5m3/h P=1.0MPa

根据以上参数查样本选SNH210R46U12.1

其参数为：Q=203 l/min=12.18m3/h P=1.0MPa

由泵的轴功率N 选电机

查表得功率储备系数K=1.25。
