一、SN螺杆泵振动产生原因　

A, SN screw pump vibration causes
1.由于SN螺杆泵制造工艺不过关：转子不平衡;泵与电机轴不同心;转子与定子部分发生碰撞或磨擦;　
2.由于使用时间较长，SN螺杆泵磨损老化：叶轮松动;轴承损坏或轴承间隙大;
3.SN螺杆泵入口管、叶轮内、泵内有杂物;SN螺杆泵与基础固定不紧固，发生共振加强现像等;　
4.SN螺杆泵工作中推进油流时，伴随的涡流，气蚀不可避免的会产生振动;　
由此，我们可以得出结论：SN螺杆泵产生振动的原因很多，其中一些很多振动的产生几呼是不可避免的。这就要求我们对于处置SN螺杆泵振动问题除对SN螺杆泵本身制造工艺进行加强，降低振动幅度外，通过给SN螺杆泵安装橡胶隔振器、弹簧隔振器、隋性基座也成为SN螺杆泵振动控制重要方法。

二、SN螺杆泵振动的控制治理：　
A.加装弹簧隔振器：　
a.SN螺杆泵弹簧隔振器样式的选择：　
一般选用自立式弹簧减振器，其优点结构简单、造价较低;弹簧裸露在外，便于随时观察弹簧状态，对于需更换的弹簧提前处置，以避免弹簧锈蚀过度损坏时，造成SN螺杆泵突然沉降造成设备损害及管路扯断等现像。
b.弹簧的选择：　
一般减振器厂家选用弹簧需满足以下要求：弹簧直径应不少于其在额定负载下高度的0.8倍;弹簧须具备一定的额外行程，涡街流量计至少等于额定静挠度的50%;弹簧的油平刚度至少是坚直钢度的*，以保证减振器的稳定性。　
c.弹簧减振器挠度的选择;　
通常减振器厂商所提拱的弹簧减振器额定挠度（弹簧额定压缩量）一般为25MM（自频率值约3-4HZ），此挠度可应于650转每分钟的SN螺杆泵的隔振。当转速低于650时，建议使用40以下挠度之弹簧隔振器。　
B。加装橡胶隔振器：　
橡胶隔振器之选择：材质一般为氯丁胶（C.R），天然胶（N.R）;一般选用压缩型橡胶减振器，对于重量较轻的SN螺杆泵，可选用剪切型橡胶减振器;
相较弹簧减振器，橡胶减振器隔振性能相对相差些。　
C.加装隋性基座：　
为满足更加严格的振动制标准，加装隋性基座时，配合使用弹簧隔振器，无疑是的选择。　
隋性基座的规范：基座重量约为SN螺杆泵重量1-2倍以上;框架由槽铁锁固而成，其高度不少于长度的1/12，但不低于150MM，不高于300MM;长宽尺寸应能将整个SN螺杆泵涵盖在内，并各边余10-15公分为宜。并且能将湾头也涵盖在内;内浇灌油泥，并内置一层钢筋网于高度之三分之一处;加装弹簧隔振器将基座与基础间距至3-5公分。

对于大规格的泵（主杆外径∮60mm 以上）

介质粘度γ＞20°E 时，转速以970rpm 或720rpm 为宜。

若γ＞80°E 如粘胶液，转速可选n=200~500rpm

对于小规格的泵（主杆外径∮60mm 以下）：

γ＞20°E 时，n 选1450rpm 或970rpm.

γ＞80°E 时，n 选300~600rpm。

2．由于泵的转速愈高摩擦功率愈高，泵的磨损越大，寿命越短，如果输送介质的润滑

性较差，或含有微量杂质，应选较低转速，使泵保持较长的使用寿命。*n＜1450rpm

第二、结构形式的选择

结构的选择可根据泵的运行环境和安装环境，选择合适的安装形式并遵循以下的原则：

1． 输送润滑性油类，且温度T＜80℃时，选择内置轴承结构的泵。

2． 输送润滑性较差，或温度T＞80℃时，选择外置轴承结构的泵。

3． 输送流动性差，粘度高的介质或对所输送介质进行加热或保温时，选双层加热泵体

结构的泵。

4． 输送高温介质时，应选择耐高温的材料制成的泵或局部冷却的泵。

5． 关于泵的吸入能力可查阅样本。

第四、泵的吸上能力

通过降低转速或加热降低介质黏度的方法，可达到高的吸上性能，见NPAKP-SHR 表

第五、配套电机的选配

泵的型号选定后，根据样本数据，可查到泵的轴功率N，该轴功率再加上一定的功率储

备后，作为选配电机的依据，一般电机功率Nm 不小于泵轴功率N 乘以功率储备系数K 所

得的值即：Nm≥K·N。K 值由下表查得。

第六、为了保证进泵介质的清洁性，要求泵进口前配备过滤器，过滤精度为40~80 目。

另外，选泵时还常由于样本提供的泵性能参数均以表格形式或特定黏度、转速下性能曲

线的形式给出，所需泵的性能值，有时恰好不能直接读出，这时可遵循如下原则，作粗

略估算。若需比较准确的数据，则可向专业人员咨询。

1．三螺杆泵的流量，压力在相同转速、黏度时近似成直线关系，压力越高，流量越小。

2．相同粘度、压力下泵的流量与转速近似成正比。

3．相同转速、粘度时，轴功率与压力近似成正比。

4．相同粘度、压力下，轴功率与转速近似成正比。

粘度增大时，流量和轴功率均增加，但由于其中关系比较复杂，必要时，向专业人员咨询。
