三螺杆泵构造

1.主杆与从杆.螺杆就相当于螺杆泵的心脏.其主要原理就是螺杆相互啮合的螺杆沿轴向输送工作介质（主要材质为40Cr,  38CrMoAl）

2.衬套与外壳.螺杆泵的衬套及外壳的长度应至少能覆盖一个导程的螺杆副.（衬套主要材质为HT200/QT450-10/ZCuSn5Pb5Zn5/ZL109外壳为HT200/QT450-10）

3.轴套.轴套主要是用来固定从动螺杆以保证运转平稳（材质为ZCuSn5Pb5Zn5/ZL109）

4.密封.螺杆泵密封分为.机械密封（适用于介质润滑性好温度小于800）填料密封（适用于润滑介质较差粘度大温度小于1500）和波纹管密封（适用于介质粘度大温度在2500）

5轴承.轴承可分为内置轴承（一般介质润滑性好）外置轴承（介质润滑性差.粘度大）

6.前端盖.后盖.轴承座 .泵头座为多为铸件直接加工（材质为HT200/QT450-10）

Three screw pump structure

5 bearing. The bearing can be divided into internal bearing （general medium good lubrication）external bearing （medium poor lubrication. The viscosity）
