真空搅拌机是我公司参照同类产品，并结合我国肉制品加工工艺特点，自行研制开发的。通过合理的设计，使物料搅拌均匀、充分膨胀、无气泡、弹性好、色泽鲜艳并更大限度的提取了蛋白质，是同类产品中的设备。
1. 整机采用304不锈钢材料制作，坚固耐用，容易清洗。
2. 可设置真空度，真空效果好，可使物料在真空状态下搅拌。
3. 采用平衡双轴螺旋结构。装有斜板桨叶及螺旋推进搅拌圈，搅拌均匀。
4. 采用可编程控制器和触摸屏控制，设定搅拌总时间，间歇时间及搅拌程序。
