CA-JCG Belt coal weigh feeder
        CA-JCG胶带式称重给煤机采用*的动态称重技术,结合XA-FIP控制系统一起使用,CA-JCG胶带式给煤机称重精确、控制稳定可靠。针对现场使用情况,CA-JCG胶带式给煤机皮带宽度从500毫米到1400毫米,皮带长度从2米到38米,给煤机耐压外壳采用优质碳钢制成,制造和密封程度能够承受0.35Mpa的爆炸压力。满足了各种用户的需要。
        
为保证系统长期的精度和可靠性,兴奥采用全悬浮式称重桥架测量物料重量,XA-FIP控制系统显示瞬时流量、累计流量以及与设定点差值和其他可选参数,同时指示各种状态和报警,并为远程监控提供输出。同时与DCS实现远程通讯。

工作原理
  在典型的煤粉型锅炉给煤系统中,给煤机通常安装在煤仓下方用来将煤炭按照一定的流量连续输送到磨煤机里。给煤机和煤仓通过进口煤溜槽相连接,煤炭直接压在给煤机的进口皮带上。系统运行时皮带上的煤炭通过称重区域,安装在称重桥架下方的两只高精度应变式称重传感器实时检测煤炭的瞬时重量。
  安装在尾部滚筒上的数字式速度传感器对皮带速度进行连续测量,速度传感器安装在尾部滚筒上以保证皮带速度的精确测量,防止由于皮带打滑造成的速度不准确。
  速度信号和重量信号通过赛摩给煤机控制器的计算可以得到给煤的瞬时流量和累计量。控制器将流量信号与燃烧控制室期望的流量信号进行比较,通过PID调节输出控制信号给变频器以动态调节皮带速度,从而保证给磨煤机的连续、均匀、定量给煤。煤炭经过给煤机后通过出口溜槽进入磨煤机。
 
主要特征 
 给煤机坚固的封闭外壳采用耐压结构设计,密封严密可防止漏风和煤粉外漏,并能经得住0.35Mpa的压力; 
 所有出轴点采用盘根密封,满足设备承压要求; 
 前后检修门采用卡槽式结构,检查窗采用盲孔结构连接,有效提高密封效果; 
 设有密封风接口,采用多点式出风结构,提高密封效果,有效隔离热风; 
 给煤机为平托辊结构,皮带采用环形无接头裙边阻燃胶带,裙边高度为40mm 
 主动滚筒表面具有人字型橡胶层,驱动力强,防止皮带跑偏; 
 从动滚筒采用腰鼓形以及自清洁结构,能有效防止胶带跑偏和粘煤现象; 
 尾部滚筒采用螺旋式张紧结构,机体外就能进行调节; 
 回程皮带装有重力式自动纠偏装置,确保皮带正常运行不跑偏; 
 主、从动滚筒支承采用带座轴承,润滑均在壳体外部; 
 托辊直径89mm,钢面圆柱形,相对于托辊轴的径向跳动较小,有利于计量; 
 给煤机设有自动纠偏装置,自行校正皮带跑偏; 
 给煤机皮带外清扫采用重锤刮板式; 
 给煤机底部采用链式刮板输送机对飞灰进行清扫; 
 给煤机两端设有方便的检修端门,带有观察窗; 
 给煤机机体上设有多个照明灯,灯泡在不停机的情况下可方便的进行更换; 
 进口部分设有滑动调节式整形门,保证料流均匀;
