2）本套全自动去皮机可以在将鱿鱼内脏、鱿鱼耳去掉后进行整筒去皮；
3）本套全自动去皮机的工作流程是：将去耳、去内脏后的鱿鱼倒进上料机中，通过上料机自动给去皮机上料，鱿鱼筒通过去皮机后，去好皮的鱿鱼筒自动滑落到位置，鱿鱼皮通过过滤板过滤出来；
4）本套全自动去皮机所用工艺水为循环用水，大大节约了常规人工去皮机去皮时水的用量；
5）本套全自动去皮机无需人员操作，只需根据鱿鱼品种、大小设定好速度后即可，大大节约了车间人员的配备；
6）本套全自动去皮机为整套设备，只需水电连接后即可使用，无需安装。
7）本套全自动去皮机所用材料均符合食品卫生要求；框架、水箱等均采用SUS 304材质，主要零部件均采用进口特殊不锈钢加工成型；
8）产量：1000kg/h （产量根据鱿鱼规格以及品种会稍有差异）

5.This automatic peeling machine, without manual operation, is able to run with speed set according to squid type and size, so that a large number of labor is saved;

7.All materials used for this automatic peeling machine meet food hygiene requirements. SUS 304 materials are used for the frame and water tank. Main parts are made of imported stainless steel;
