用 途：小麦、水稻在精选加工前的处理设备，防止筛孔堵塞，提高精选机的除杂效果。
工作原理：通过主轴低速运转的螺旋打杆及筒壁上静止打杆不间断的搅动、摩擦作用，将麦穗或麦壳中的小麦脱壳；将稻穗脱粒或去除稻芒。打杆的角度在0°-30°之间可调，筒内充满程度与摩擦力可调节，根据不同农作物特性，调整打杆角度及筒内摩擦力，可适合不同农作物使用要求，并获得脱壳与除芒效果。
进料口及出料口匀配有除尘管道快速接口，防止灰尘外溢。
螺旋打杆及筒壁匀用耐磨锰钢材质，使用寿命≥10年。

Working principle: through the continuous agitation and friction of the low-speed spiral beater of the main shaft and the static beater on the cylinder wall, the wheat in the wheat ear or wheat husk will be shelled; the rice ear will be threshed or the awn will be removed. The angle of the driving rod can be adjusted between 0 ° - 30 °, and the filling degree and friction force in the cylinder can be adjusted. According to the characteristics of different crops, the angle of the driving rod and the friction force in the cylinder can be adjusted, which can meet the requirements of different crops, and obtain the best shelling and awning removal effect.
Inlet and outlet shall be equipped with fast interface of dust removal pipeline to prevent dust overflow.
Wear resistant manganese steel shall be uniformly used for screw driving rod and cylinder wall, with service life ≥ 10 years.
