气动式包装机，采用触摸屏操作，中英文显示，称重过程是自动的，只有缝袋时需要人工辅助一下即可，配有带式输送机、双线缝袋机、薄膜封口机、空气压缩机。
与物料接触部件采用SUS304不锈钢材质，测重传感器采用瑞士METTLER TOLEDO(梅特勒-托利多)品牌，气动元件采用日本SMC品牌，配置高，质量稳，称重准。
-具有超差报警、出错提示、日志存储、U盘下载等功能。
-适合各种具备自流状态的颗粒物料、100目以内的细沙类型物料。
-粉状物料采用伺服电机控制螺旋送料方式进行称重。
-包装机料仓配有上下料位感应装置，与其他设备形成互锁。
-可与二维扫码系统、防伪系统、追溯系统配套对接。
-预留除尘管道接口。
1.它由称重控制器、气动元件、称重传感器、皮带输送机、缝袋机、薄膜热封机、空气压缩机组成。
2. 包装机的工作原理：在称重控制器上设定所需重量，电脑会发出指令自动称重，人工把袋子装好，气缸接着会把袋子夹住，称好的物料投入袋中，气缸松开袋子，此时，皮带输送机会把袋子送入缝包机，封口后喷码打印生产日期等信息。
3. 称重速度快，测量精度高，抗力强，稳定性好，具有自动纠错功能
4.具有红外传感器和快速气动反应装置。采用触摸式液晶显示，操作方便。
5. 适合于颗粒物料，自流性较好的粉末物料

-It has the functions of out of tolerance alarm, error prompt, log storage, U disk download, etc.
-It is suitable for all kinds of granular materials with artesian state and fine sａnd materials within 100 mesh.
-The powder material is weighed by the way of screw feeding controlled by servo motor.
-The material bin of the packaging machine is equipped with an up and down material level sensing device to form an interlock with other equipment.
-It can be connected with two-dimensional code scanning system, anti-counterfeiting system and traceability system.

1. It consists of weighing controller, pneumatic element, weighing sensor, belt conveyor, sewing bag machine, film heat sealing machine and air compressor.
2. Working principle of the packing machine: set the required weight on the weighing controller, the computer will automatically send out the weighing instruction, manually load the bag, and then the cylinder will clamp the bag, put the weighed material into the bag, and the cylinder will release the bag. At this time, the belt machine will send the bag to the sewing machine, and print the production date and other information after sealing.
3 .Weighing speed is fast, measuring accuracy is high, anti-interference ability is strong, stability is good, with automatic error correction function.
4.It has infrared transducer and speedy pneumatic device for fast reaction. It also adopts Touching LCD display for easy operation.
5. Suitable for granular materials, powder materials with good self fluidity
