产品概述
阿斯塔QJ(N/T)Z型-气动偏心调节阀(或称凸轮绕曲调节阀)由偏心旋转阀,气动执行机构、阀门定位器、手轮机构组成。
产品特点如下:
1.阀座磨损小,使用寿命长:球面阀芯回旋中心不与阀杆旋转轴同心,可减少阀座磨损,延长控制阀寿命;
2.泄漏量小:阀芯和阀座关闭时,阀芯绕臂在执行机构推力作用下产生微小弹性变形及弹性涨紧力,使阀芯与阀座更加紧密牢固,大大地减小泄漏量;
3.执行机构所需扭矩比球阀,蝶阀的小:该产品综合了单座阀、球阀、蝶阀等控制阀的优点,具有阀体流路简单,流阻小、额定流量系数大,可调比大、泄漏量小,密封性能好及体积小,重量轻等特点,可广泛应用于石油石化,冶金,医药等行业的控制系统中。
阿斯塔QJ(N/T)Z型-气动偏心调节阀结构原理
气动偏心旋转阀阀芯,阀杆作旋转运动,所以调节阀在工作过程中所受摩擦力很小,当阀芯和阀座相接触关闭时,阀芯绕臂在执行机构推力作用下产生微小弹性变形及弹性涨紧力,使阀芯与阀座接触更加紧密牢固,因此偏心旋转阀泄漏量很小。同时关闭阀门所需的执行机构推力与球阀、蝶阀相比要小。另外在阀芯与上,下导向之间留有一定的间隙以确保阀芯能自动对中。
在偏心旋转阀产品中,省去了阀盖这一单独零件,阀盖与阀体铸成一体,由于阀盖较长,有足够的散热面积,故偏心旋转阀的使用温度为-40~+350℃。
