为解决公路垃圾（扫路车收回的垃圾）无处堆放、车子经常被扣等问题，经与公路局合作共同成功研发了这套公路垃圾综合处理回收利用设备。针对公路垃圾中砂和石子含量大的特点，采用干式或湿式分离处理型式，干式采用双级筒套筒圆滚筒筛分，将大块垃圾如破布和石子、砂子分别筛分分离出来，砂子可用作预制件或铺筑边沟用；湿式则采用三级筒套筒圆滚筒泡水筛分分离、清洗螺旋输送等分离技术，将砂和石子剥离回收利用。包括：筒套筒筛分装置（干式二级、湿式三级）、槽型皮带输送装置、螺旋输送砂子装置、沉淀池（湿式选用、）PLC控制系统。
