2023年秋收农作物秸秆科学还田指导意见

导读:为做好东北、黄淮海、长江中下游、西南、华南和西北等区域主要农作物秸秆的高质量还田和还田地块的科学管理,确保下茬作物稳产丰收,提出如下指导意见。

  【农机网 热点关注】秋收期间,秸秆产生量大、秋播茬口紧,秸秆还田任务重,为做好东北、黄淮海、长江中下游、西南、华南和西北等区域主要农作物秸秆的高质量还田和还田地块的科学管理,确保下茬作物稳产丰收,提出如下指导意见。
 
  东北地区
 
  东北地区是水稻和春玉米主要产区。秋收前夕,受前期台风带来的暴雨和洪涝灾害影响,农田土壤含水量普遍较高,局部低洼地块尚有积水。秸秆还田需充分考虑今年的墒情特点,重点做好玉米、水稻秸秆还田工作。
 
  受涝地块及时排水
 
  对受涝地块在秋收前及时开沟、清淤、疏通沟渠,排出田间水分,利于秋季收获和秸秆粉碎作业。因洪涝导致田间积水或严重倒伏而无法进行机械收获的地块,不宜实施秸秆还田。
 
  秸秆粉碎作业
 
  选用加装秸秆粉碎抛撒装置的玉米(或水稻)联合收割机,收割时将秸秆就地粉碎、均匀抛撒,水分过多的地块建议选用履带式联合收割机。深翻与覆盖还田秸秆粉碎长度≤20 cm,粉耙及碎混还田秸秆粉碎长度为5 cm左右,呈撕裂状,平均留茬高度≤10 cm,在风蚀严重地区,秸秆全层覆盖地块可适当增加留茬高度至20 cm以上,减少冬春大风引起的秸秆飘散。粉碎长度合格率≥95%,漏切率≤1.5%;通过加装均匀抛撒装置板控制秸秆抛撒力度、方向和范围,均匀抛撒,覆盖整个作业幅宽。
 
  玉米秸秆翻埋还田
 
  适用于东北东部区域,耕层较厚、不易发生春旱的平川地块,以及受洪涝灾害地块。选用合适的栅栏式液压翻转犁、圆盘耙,进行翻耙整地作业;土壤水分过多的地块,可以只进行秋翻,翌年春季顶浆耙地。秸秆粉碎抛撒后,在封冻前完成翻地、耙地等作业,翻耕深度≥30 cm,秸秆置于15—20 cm土层,翻后耙平耙细,垄作地块一并完成起垄作业。后茬春玉米。氮肥按基肥与追肥比例1:2施用,磷钾肥全部做基肥施用,依据秸秆还田前期耗氮、后期释氮的特点,在定量施肥的前提下,可适当增加氮肥基肥用量。后茬大豆。在播种时一次性施入肥料。
 
  玉米秸秆条带覆盖还田
 
  适用于东北西部偏旱区域,以及东北东部耕层较薄、易春旱的岗地,受洪涝的地块不宜采用该还田方式。选用条带耕作机一次完成秸秆归行、深松和灭茬碎土作业,作业时调整好深松与灭茬碎土深度,也可选择秸秆归行机直接进行秸秆归行。播种带40—50 cm,秸秆归行带80—90 cm,深松深度≥25 cm、灭茬碎土深度10—12 cm。春季旱情不严重的区域可选择秋季作业,在作物收获后至封冻前完成作业;易发生春旱的区域在春播前0—3天作业,具体时间根据土壤墒情而定。后茬春玉米管理同“玉米秸秆翻埋还田”。后茬大豆。在播种时一次性施入肥料。肥料宜施于种子侧向5—6 cm,深度为种下5—6 cm和10—11 cm两层,分别为施肥量的30%和70%。在玉米拔节前期或大豆苗期及时进行垄沟深松。
 
  玉米秸秆碎混还田
 
  适用于东北东部区域各种土壤类型及生态区,尤其适用于土壤质地黏重、通透性差的田块及温度低、降水量较大的区域。选用可以一次完成灭茬、深松、旋耕和起垄作业的整地机,在封冻前完成灭茬、深松、旋耕与起垄作业,重镇压后越冬。旋耕(耙)深度≥15 cm,垄宽110—130 cm或60—70 cm;或在土壤水分25%左右时,采用180马力以上拖拉机牵引深松机械进行深松,再用圆盘重耙耙地2遍,耙深15—20 cm。低洼易涝或受洪涝地块应起平头大垄,垄高15 cm左右,防止秸秆集堆。漫岗地可不起垄,采用平作,春季直接播种。翌年春季土壤化冻后及时镇压,土壤墒情不足的地块在播前坐水补墒或播后喷灌。后茬玉米、大豆管理同“玉米秸秆翻埋还田”。
 
  水稻秸秆翻埋还田
 
  适用于东北耕层较厚的稻田区域,以及不积水的田块。选用适宜水田作业的翻地犁或翻埋还田机进行翻耕作业。秋季秸秆粉碎后,可以秋翻作业的地块要及时翻地,立垡越冬;因洪涝或低洼而田间积水地块,可以在翌年春季排出田间积水后翻地。翻耕深度25 cm以上、漏耕率≤2.5%、重耕率≤5%。翌年春季水稻插秧前15—20天灌水泡田,泡田水深为垡片高度的2/3,泡田3—5天,用搅浆平地机进行搅浆整地,作业深度16—18 cm,作业后表面不露残茬,稻茬秸秆埋压入泥面5 cm以下。在定量施肥的前提下,可适当增加氮肥基肥用量。
 
  水稻秸秆旋耕还田
 
  适用于东北耕层较薄的稻田区域。选用适宜水田的旋耕机进行旋耕作业。土壤含水量在25%以下时,采用常规旋耕机进行旋耕,旋耕深度12—15 cm,漏耕率≤2.5%,重耕率≤5%。翌年春季水稻插秧前10—14天灌水泡田3—5天,泡田深度高出旋耕后的土壤表面2—3 cm,土块浸透后进行平地搅浆作业,作业时水深在1—3 cm花达水状态,作业后表面不外露残茬,稻茬秸秆埋压泥面5 cm以下。在定量施肥的前提下,可适当增加氮肥基肥用量。
 
  黄淮海地区
 
  黄淮海地区是我国最大的夏玉米主产区。秋收期间,玉米秸秆产生量大,小麦播种茬口紧,要重点提升还田质量,规范作业流程,避免秸秆还田翻压太浅、抛洒不均、镇压不实,产生海绵层,造成下茬作物幼苗根系悬空,影响出苗和生长,甚至出现黄苗、死苗。
 
  秸秆粉碎作业
 
  适用于北京、天津、山东、河南、河北中南部、江苏和安徽淮北地区等小麦-玉米轮作种植区域。选用带有秸秆切碎和抛洒装置的联合收割机,一次完成玉米收获和秸秆粉碎抛洒等作业工序。粉碎长度5 cm左右、成撕裂状,留茬高度≤8 cm,粉碎长度合格率≥95%,水稻切碎长度合格率≥85%,漏切率≤1.5%;通过加装均匀抛撒装置板,控制秸秆抛撒力度、方向和范围,均匀抛撒,覆盖整个作业幅宽。
 
  玉米秸秆旋耕还田
 
  部分涝害地区,需及时开沟排水至旋耕机下田不留深痕,再行作业。选用的旋耕机能够一次完成灭茬、旋耕、还田、掩埋、覆盖等多道工序。浅旋作业将地表的玉米秸秆混埋入土,耕深≥15 cm,深旋作业使用秸秆切碎施肥深旋耕压实一体机将玉米秸秆均匀地深旋入土,旋耕深度≥25 cm,耕深合格率≥90%,耕后地表平整度≤5 cm。旋耕后播种小麦,播前旋耕两遍,镇压踏实。磷、钾肥及锌肥一次性全部用作基肥;氮肥的50%—60%作基肥,40%—50%拔节期追肥。也可以选择小麦专用型缓释肥,一次性基肥施入。入冬前,根据土壤墒情进行冬前灌溉。
 
  玉米秸秆深翻还田
 
  选用铧式犁一次完成深耕、混匀、翻埋等多道工序。使用铧式犁进行深耕作业,将地表的玉米秸秆深翻入土,耙平压实,耕深≥25 cm,耕深稳定性变异系数≤10%,立垡率≤3%,回垡率≤3%。深翻应避免将大量生土翻入耕层;深耕前施用基肥,翻耕后秸秆覆盖要严密,耕后用齿耙进行整平压实作业。播种、施肥等作业同“玉米秸秆旋耕还田”。
 
  长江中下游地区
 
  长江中下游地区是重要的双季稻和油料产区,作物复种指数高,秋收与秋播间隔时间短,秋收期间区域内连续降雨或干旱情况时有发生,晚稻成熟后需抢时收获并及时粉碎秸秆还田,为秋季耕整地作业和下茬作物适早秋播抢出时间。
 
  水稻秸秆粉碎旋耕还田
 
  适用于湖北、湖南南部、江西中南部、安徽、江苏、浙江等水稻—油菜、水稻—小麦轮作区域。在水稻收获前10—15天对有明显水层的稻田在四周开围沟排水;潜育型水稻田在开好围沟的基础上,每隔30—40 m加开一条腰沟。选用带有秸秆切碎抛撒装置的联合收割机,在水稻收获的同时将秸秆就地粉碎,均匀抛撒于地表。秸秆粉碎长度5 cm左右、呈撕裂状,平均留茬高度≤15 cm,粉碎长度合格率≥95%,漏切率≤1.5%;通过加装均匀抛撒装置板控制秸秆抛撒力度、方向和范围,抛撒均匀,覆盖整个作业幅宽。后茬油菜。在正常土壤墒情条件下,选用65马力以上拖拉机,配置撒肥机施用基肥,表土处理深度为15—20 cm。旋耕后按1.8—2.2 m开沟分厢后直播或移栽油菜,直播油菜时可以采用旋耕—灭茬—开沟—施肥—播种一体机作业;如遇整地播种时连续降雨且茬口紧张可以采用旋耕—灭茬—开沟一体机作业,待厢面无水时采用人工或无人机撒施肥料和播种。基于秸秆还田腐解规律和养分释放特征,秸秆还田的田块实行氮肥适当前移。后茬小麦旋耕、灭茬、施肥作业同油菜。旋耕作业后当天或2天内播种,播种深度3—5 cm。播种后开沟。根据温度、墒情、秸秆还田整地质量等因素适当调节播种量,并在表土墒情适宜时镇压保墒,力争一播全苗、壮苗。
 
  水稻秸秆粉碎覆盖还田
 
  适用于长江中下游茬口紧张的晚熟一季稻—油菜轮作或双季稻—油菜轮作种植区域。选用带有秸秆切碎抛撒装置的联合收割机,在水稻收获的同时将秸秆就地粉碎,均匀抛撒在整个作业地表并形成覆盖,秸秆粉碎长度≤10 cm,平均留茬高度以40—50 cm为宜,粉碎长度合格率≥95%,漏切率≤1.5%;通过加装均匀抛撒装置板控制秸秆抛撒力度、方向和范围,抛撒均匀,覆盖整个作业幅宽。后茬油菜。适用于油菜免耕直播种植,尤其适用于茬口紧张的晚熟一季稻或晚稻田直播油菜。施肥在水稻收获后一周内完成。施肥后立即根据土壤墒情状况采用圆盘开沟机并配套拖拉机动力50—80马力开沟抛撒沟土覆盖厢面,盖土不宜过厚,以防影响油菜出苗。
 
  西南地区
 
  西南地区秋收作物以水稻和玉米为主。秋收前夕,西南地区降雨充沛,土壤墒情较好,有利于秸秆还田利用。西南地区地形多样,平原和高原平坝地区便于机械作业,而丘陵山地机械作业难度普遍较高,水稻和玉米秸秆还田需因地制宜,分类施策。
 
  水稻秸秆粉碎翻埋还田
 
  适用于成都平原、云贵高原平坝、四川和重庆浅丘的水稻—小麦、水稻—油菜轮作种植区域。选用全喂入式水稻联合收割机,加装后置式秸秆粉碎抛撒还田装置,收割水稻的同时将秸秆就地粉碎,均匀抛撒在整个作业地表并形成覆盖。下季作物播种或移栽时,可结合整地,采用翻旋机械进行灭茬、翻旋和秸秆翻埋还田一体化作业;也可先采用秸秆粉碎机进行灭茬粉碎作业,然后进行翻旋作业。秸秆粉碎长度5 cm左右、呈撕裂状,低留茬≤15 cm,高留茬25—45 cm,粉碎长度合格率≥95%,漏切率≤1.5%,通过加装均匀抛撒装置板控制秸秆抛撒力度、方向和范围,均匀抛撒,覆盖整个作业幅宽。耕整时用机械进行翻压,将秸秆与表层土壤充分混匀,要求水稻秸秆还田整地时田面平整高差≤3 cm,翻压深度在8—10 cm。后茬油菜。翻旋整地后,开沟排湿,在9月中下旬采用机械播种。磷肥作底肥一次施用,氮肥的底肥、开盘肥、苔肥比例为5:3:2,氮肥前移,钾肥的底肥、开盘肥比例为5:5。后茬小麦。在10月下旬至11月上旬,使用小麦播种机播种一次完成底肥深施、条播、覆土、镇压平地工序。施肥深度10—15 cm,播种深度以3—5 cm为宜。氮肥底肥、拔节肥比例6:4,氮肥前移,磷钾肥全作底肥一次施用。
 
  水稻秸秆整株覆盖还田
 
  适用于四川、重庆、云南、贵州等丘陵及山地区的一季中稻和水稻—油菜轮作种植区域。采用人工收获水稻整株,留茬高度≤30 cm,脱粒后整株覆盖还田,将秸秆均匀覆盖在稻桩行间,开厢或宽窄行种植水稻的可将秸秆均匀覆盖于厢面或宽行中,田块要落干无明水,避免秸秆覆盖后随水漂浮。后茬油菜。采用免耕机械移栽,磷肥作底肥一次施用,氮肥按6:4比例施用,钾肥按底肥和苗肥5:5比例施用。也可采用免耕无人机直播油菜,先撒底肥,再用无人机飞播,并保持稻茬自然直立状态,肥料用量与机械移栽一致。
 
  玉米秸秆粉碎翻埋还田
 
  适用于成都平原、四川和重庆丘陵、云贵高原平坝、川西高原平坝机械化程度较高的玉米单作、油菜—玉米和小麦—玉米轮作种植区域。选用带有秸秆切碎抛撒装置的联合收割机,在玉米收获的同时将秸秆就地粉碎,粉碎、抛洒作业同“水稻秸秆粉碎翻埋还田”。后茬油菜。要求前茬秸秆还田整地时田面平整高差≤3 cm,秸秆与耕层土壤充分混和,田面没有裸露的残茬和杂草。选择反转旋耕灭茬机对玉米收获后的秸秆进行灭茬作业。施肥作业同“水稻秸秆粉碎翻埋还田”。后茬小麦管理同“水稻秸秆粉碎翻埋还田”。
 
  玉米秸秆整株条带覆盖还田
 
  适用于四川、重庆、云南、贵州丘陵及山地机械化程度较低的玉米单作和小麦—玉米/大豆(甘薯)轮套作种植区域。玉米采用人工收获。将玉米秸秆按照归行化方式处理,均匀顺铺在玉米原位种植带或者下季空闲行上覆盖还田,进行自然腐解,不影响后茬作物生产作业。后茬小麦管理同“水稻秸秆粉碎翻埋还田”。
 
  华南地区
 
  华南地区秋收作物以水稻和鲜食玉米为主,作物复种指数高,秋播茬口紧,下茬作物种类多,需分类做好秸秆还田工作。受台风影响,华南地区入夏以来降水充沛,土壤墒情较足,利于还田秸秆加快腐熟。
 
  水稻秸秆粉碎还田
 
  适用于福建、广东、广西、海南等南方地势平坦集中连片的水稻种植区。选用全喂入式纵轴流水稻联合收割机,加装后置式秸秆粉碎抛撒还田装置,低留茬收割水稻的同时将秸秆就地粉碎,均匀抛撒在整个作业地表并形成覆盖。选用深耕深翻机进行秸秆翻埋和土壤翻耕。切碎器为螺旋分布动刀,秸秆粉碎长度≤5 cm、呈撕裂状,粉碎长度合格率≥95%,漏切率≤1.5%;单季稻或双季稻第二季留茬高度≤15 cm;再生稻二季留茬高度≤15 cm,冬种紫云英等绿肥则第二季留茬高度≥30 cm;通过加装均匀抛撒装置板控制秸秆抛撒力度、方向和范围,抛撒均匀,覆盖整个作业幅宽。深耕深翻作业深度20—25 cm。若田间积水严重,需及时开沟排水再行作业。后茬紫云英。单季稻10月份收割后或者再生稻第二季11月份收割后种植紫云英越冬的,在10月初水稻收割前5天左右应用无人机撒播紫云英种子。选用履带自走全喂入式联合收获机收割后秸秆粉碎覆盖还田,高留茬对紫云英起到保墒、抗寒和防冻作用。每亩施用5 kg左右复合肥促进紫云英生长。翌年春天早稻播种前用深耕深翻机将水稻秸秆和紫云英翻埋、整地。后茬油菜。单季稻和再生稻第二季收割后种植油菜的,11月进行播种,根据墒情和长势加强后期水肥管理。
 
  玉米秸秆粉碎翻埋还田
 
  适用于福建、广东、广西、海南等南方鲜食玉米连片种植区域。人工采收后进行秸秆粉碎还田。选用秸秆粉碎还田机对玉米秸秆进行粉碎,均匀抛撒在整个作业地表并形成覆盖。秸秆粉碎长度≤5 cm、呈撕裂状,平均留茬高度≤10 cm,粉碎长度合格率≥95%,漏切率≤1.5%;通过加装均匀抛撒装置板控制秸秆抛撒力度、方向和范围,抛撒均匀,覆盖整个作业幅宽。后茬蔬菜。10月底,秋玉米收获后立刻种植白菜、甘蓝和花椰菜等。翻耕前用无人机撒施或人工撒施复合肥60 kg/亩作为基肥。选用深耕深翻机进行翻埋,作业深度≥20 cm。深耕深翻过程中,可通过料仓配件施用商品有机肥。起垄机起垄后根据墒情进行蔬菜播种或移栽,并加强水肥管理。后茬玉米。秋玉米收获后秸秆在田间自然风干,翌年1月整地时用秸秆粉碎还田机对玉米秸秆进行粉碎。1月底或2月初种植春玉米。施基肥、深耕深翻、起垄作业同后茬蔬菜。春玉米移栽前垄上覆盖白色地膜,防止移栽后早春低温冻害。选择阴天或傍晚移栽,移栽后轻轻把土压实并迅速浇透水。玉米后期管理根据墒情和降雨情况合理灌溉,施好拔节肥和攻穗肥。
 
  西北地区
 
  西北地区农作物秸秆离田利用比例较高,还田利用主要集中于棉花秸秆。由于棉花种植区普遍干旱少雨,且棉花秸秆木质化程度高,质地坚硬,若粉不碎、翻不深或压不实,容易导致还田后腐解缓慢。还田作业需科学谋划,规范操作。
 
  棉花秸秆粉碎还田
 
  适用于西北棉花种植区,包括新疆维吾尔自治区(含兵团)和甘肃棉花种植区。宜在秸秆呈绿色,即含水率≥25%时,进行棉花秸秆粉碎作业。南疆棉花种植区选用立式秸秆粉碎还田机,北疆棉花种植区选用卧式秸秆粉碎还田机,进行残膜回收的棉田选用带有秸秆粉碎抛撒和残膜回收功能的联合作业机。粉碎后棉秆长度≤5 cm,切根遗漏率≤0.5%,秸秆留茬高度≤8 cm,粉碎后的秸秆均匀抛洒在棉田,并尽快进行秋翻,耕深≥30 cm,耕层浅的地块,应逐年加深耕层,每年加深2—3 cm。翻埋作业要耙磨压实,松碎平整,无大土块,表土层上虚下实,以打破犁地层为佳。开垄宽度≤35 cm,闭垄高度≤1/3耕深,翻埋秸秆覆盖率≥85%。秋翻时要在常规施底肥的基础上每亩增施2—3 kg氮或100 kg有机肥,确保土壤微生物分解有机物所需的碳氮比为25:1至30:1,缓解微生物与下茬作物幼苗争氮的现象。
